Just a stone's throw from Omaha Beach and facing the access roundabout leading to the American cemetery of Colleville sur Mer, is the Overlord Museum - Omaha Beach. Surrounded by tanks, cannons and other historical pieces of the period, the museum sets the tone for an extraordinary collection. Inside the museum, you will discover the history of the D-Day landings and the Battle of Normandy as you have never seen it before. 10,000 items, including 40 vehicles, tanks and cannons, are displayed in scenes of astounding precision and realism.
